Photo Session ($150) is the basic package offered. This package is great for clients needing aerial photos of land or structure exteriors. ($200 for aerial and ground photos.)
Photo Session Regular ($250 - 2500 square feet or less) (Large - 3500 Sq Ft - $350, XL - 4500 Sq Ft - $450....)
is the most common package chosen by real estate agents combining interior, exterior, and aerial photos.
Matterport 3D Tours ($200 - 2500 Square feet or less) ($250 - 3500 Sq Ft) ($300 - 4500 Sq Ft....)
Roof Inspections ($250)

VIDEOGRAPHY PACKAGES
Video/Photo Session Raw ($300) consists of unedited video supplied to the client for them to produce their own project. Photographs can be included with this package in raw or edited formats.
Photo/Video Session Complete (starting at $400 depending on square footage of home and acreage) Consists of a one to two minute fully edited video and an assortment of edited photographs. This package is often requested when a virtual tour our video walkthrough is instrumental in showing more detail of a property's true character.
